Purpose:

NDS Prime aims to provide exclusive features that give our customers a feeling of satisfaction and luxury through points and unique benefits, as well as discounts for all our subscribers.

Scope:

NDS Prime program applies to all car models and customers of the three levels, according to the terms and conditions.

– NDS Prime aims to provide an exclusive points system to its premium subscribers, including discounts on invoices and services that our customers get to reach the highest level of luxury.
– We calculate the points in the NDS Prime program according to the amount paid by the customer.
– When our customers get a discount through other promotions, the points are calculated on the amount paid only, not the total invoice.
– We set an expiration date for using points in the NDS Prime system, and they become invalid after that date, so we hope our customers can use them during the billing period.
– The NDS Prime program has three categories to provide all the needs of our customers, which are “Silver, Gold and Platinum”, and the validity period of the points system varies according to each type.
– We promise to upgrade our customers’ to Level up automatically, if they reach the maximum at any level.
– When the customer upgrades to the higher category, he will receive a notification from our team stating that he will enjoy all the new class features.

Procedures:

  1. Points system:
    – Points are calculated according to the invoice amount. A point is equivalent to one Egyptian
    Pound paid by the customer “i.e. If the customer paid 1000 L.E, then he will have 1000 points”.
    – In case of any deductions for the customer due to offers, promotions, vouchers, etc. so the points
    will be added to the net amount paid by the customers not to the total amount of the invoice.
    – Points are calculated and converted to EGP to be redeemed by the customer as follows:
    – 1000 points = 25 L.E
    – 5000 points = 175 L.E
    – 10,000 points – 500 L.E
    – 25,000 points = 1,625 L.E
    – 50,000 points = 3,750 L.E
  • – Customer can redeem the previous points as shown above, multiple of 1000 with no fraction.
    – Customer can redeem the previous points with discounts from the invoice amount, differs
    according to the tier.
    – Points have an expiry date differs between tiers “1 year for silver & golden tiers & 2 years for
    platinum tier”.
    2. Benefits scheme:
    – Benefits provided according to customer points shall include but not limited to “Birthday points,
    welcome points, referral points, priority service, mobile service, etc.”.

– Silver tier customer will be eligible to “1-year validity for points to be consumed within, 500 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 500 points as welcoming points when he downloads the application and 1000 points when he invites new users to the application.
– Golden tier customer will be eligible to “1-year validity for points to be consumed within, 1500 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 1500 points when he invites new users to the application and free unlimited mobile service.
– Platinum tier customer will be eligible to “2-years validity for points to be consumed within, 2000 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 2000 points when he invites new users to the application, priority for service when he visits any center for any service/ maintenance, free unlimited mobile service, free roadside assistance, free Body & Paint quotation and dedicated Key Account Manager for his support.

3. Points redemption:
– Customers can not redeem the points in cash, they can only deduct amounts from invoices according to their tier as follows:

– Silver tier: 15% maximum discount from the invoice amount per visit.
– Golden tier: 20% maximum discount from the invoice amount per visit.
– Platinum tier: 25% maximum discount from the invoice amount per visit.


– Points which expires will be automatically deducted from the total points.
